5 top times you need motivation every day

Your body needs oxygen, water and food every day and also needs motivation every single day. Everyone experiences many stuffs every day that may lead us to off-road and we need to keep ourselves motivated and focused.

For that, we need a daily dose of motivation and it should be done properly to enhance the effect. So, I am going to give 5 essential times that you need motivation every day. At the end of the article, I will tell you how many times you need every day out of these 5 suitable times.

1) Morning Ritual

Every morning after a good sleep, you feel like you were born again. So, you are starting things fresh and don’t get the feeling of yesterday’s leftovers. That’s an extra tip. However, the morning should be filled with gratitude first. You are luckier than thousands of people who never get a chance to see the sun rise again. So, be thankful for every good thing that have on your hand with you. That’ gratitude brings you the best positive energy and mindset that you can enjoy. Before you start out work, you may spend a few minutes watching nice motivational videos on YouTube Instagram or TikTok.

2) Good Night Ritual

After doing good or learning some lessons, you are about to have a good sleep. So, whatever happened on the day, you managed to outcome everything alive. And maybe you have had a fantastic day that you would be grateful one day to look back. Be happy and appreciative of your energy to hang on tight and do your best. So, do not go to bed in a bad mood. Just take a deep breath and let it out to release stress and tiredness and be mind-free before night. And be sure that you going to make it the next morning better, smarter and happier. So, bedtime motivation is essential to be thankful for daily achievements and be ready for the next amazing day of your life. Watch 10 minutes of motivational videos right before bed.

3) Whenever you feel dull

No matter what we do, we may have dull days. We can take that day for a restful peaceful time for ourselves. Use that dull day to learn something new. See your good growing financials. Or maybe have a look at your nearest achievement that you going to get. Or plan your mind-blowing giant goals. Live in your future and experience it. Manifest it. You can watch some good motivational speeches on YouTube Instagram or TikTok. Not every time means to work or be busy. Target it to stay happy and positive every moment whether you work for fortune or you rest and dull for yourselves.

4) Whenever you encounter a person with bad energy

Even though I don’t like to mention it as it seems so rude and unkind to separate some people from stereotypes, there are many people with bad energy.

( Make sure that you are not marrying one. )

So, you may feel uncomfortable after talking to those bad-energy people who see everything as a problem or unluck or miserable. These people cannot identify by physical appearance. Even some homeless poor or badly dressed people are more energetic and positive than these people. You need to learn about these people to stay away. Even if you don’t see any physical or mental discouragement from them at some time, don’t forget to refresh your mind with strong positive influence by videos or talking to good or something. You need to refresh yourselves after your encounter with bad-energy people. So do it intentionally and charge up your energy to the max. Always recommend watching or talking about good stuff afterwards to change your unconsciously affected bad energy.

5) Whenever you encounter a failure

Life always encounters some ups and downs. After you purchase a big buck something you experience a slight cashflow downfall and you recover it and go beyond the next point soon. So, until that, you need to be focused on your work that going to gain success future. You cannot be distracted. So, let’s learn to keep your mind even much good positive vibe at every good and bad point. In 2016 and also 2017 I was recovering from a huge downfall and I can see on my Facebook memories that I have been in a positive mood at my lowest point. That’s how I would be able to recover 100% and grow 500% and more and more future. So, I am writing this with the confidence of my own experiences and I can guarantee that your positive mindset and prayer to God will eventually rescue you. But, you need to hang on continuously. So, watch a good movie like “Pursuing Happiness” or some kind of good vibe energy movie. Watch some YouTube Instagram or TikTok videos. Read some good books. Have a good mentor and a good circle.

So, immediately change your vibe to “Hope” from disappointment and that’s the key to dealing with the 5th scenario.

How many and How much positive energy do you need

Daily you need some good 20-30 minutes at once or 10-minute blocks to watch or read positive stuff and motivational stuff. Maybe you can switch 50% of our leisure content-consuming time to do that

Weekly you need one day such as Sunday the rest day to refresh your body, mind and life mentally and spiritually. I go to church and don’t work on Sundays. It gets me a spiritual retreat. Go out and get some fresh air. Do some swimming and link with nature. Watch the sky and see stars. Sky observation is good medicine for your mental and social life in my POV.

Go on a tour or short vacation for at least a month. And try to get some company to have a small party as well.

Every year you need to change your complete atmosphere and refresh your life.
